In October 2020, Philly YIMBY reported on permits that were filed for demolition of a vacant two-story single-family rowhouse at 1735 Seybert Street in Cecil B. Moore, Lower North Philadelphia. Our recent site visit has revealed that demo work has since been completed, and an attractive wood plank fence now encloses the vacant lot. The work was performed as part of the City of Philadelphia demolition program. Permits listed Francis Henriquez of FH Demolition as the contractor and a work cost of $13,995.

In November 2020, Philly YIMBY reported that demolition permits have been filed for a three-story prewar rowhouse at 1513 West Stiles Street in Cecil B. Moore, Lower North Philadelphia. The single-family dwelling was situated on the north side of the block between North 15th Street and North 16th Street, just to the southwest of Temple University. A year and a half later, our recent site visit has revealed that the structure has since been torn down.

Permits have been issued for the demolition of three two-story prewar rowhouses at 2422, 2424, and 2426 Harlan Street in Sharswood, North Philadelphia. The buildings are located on the south side of the block between North 24th and North 25th streets and will be dismantled via the City of Philadelphia Demolition Program. Each structure measures 1,200 square feet. Permits list the Philadelphia Housing Authority as the owner and Francis Henriquez of FH Demolition as the contractor. Work costs are specified at $9,105 per structure, for a total of $27,315 for the three.

Permits have been issued for the demolition of a two-story, 1,200-square-foot rowhouse situated at 1420 North Marston Street in Brewerytown, North Philadelphia. The vacant structure stands on the west side of the block between Master and Jefferson streets, and will be torn down as part of the City of Philadelphia Demolition Program. The work will include removal of trees on adjacent vacant lots at 1413, 1417, and 1418 North Marston Street, as well as placement of erosion control mats with seed on all lots. Francis Henriquez of FH Demolition is the listed contractor. Demolition costs are listed at $9,200.
