The building will rise four floors, and will contain a commercial space at the ground floor. Above this, there will be 81 residential units on upper floors, with a green roof atop the building. A total of 24 parking spaces (one van accessible) and 27 bike spaces will also be included with the project. KCA Design Associates is the architectural firm behind the project.
