Façade work is nearing completion on The Columbia, a five-story, 17-unit development located at 1421-23 Columbia Avenue in Fishtown, Kensington. Designed by Coscia Moos Architecture and developed by Khosla Properties, the project features over 19,000 square feet of floor space and a mixture of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as five parking spaces and a roof deck that offers stunning views of the skyline.
