Upon completion, the new building will rise four stories tall, with an access structure leading to a roof deck at the top of the building. In total, there will be 11,360 square feet of space within the building, which is expected to cost $1.5 million to build. KCA Design Associates is the design professional listed for the development, with Tester Construction as the contractor.
