The building will be located on a vacant lot spanning 0.4 acres, situated mid-block between Wallace Street, Mt Vernon Street, and Watts Street, facing North Broad Street. is responsible for the designs. Permits list Knight Rider Construction as the contractor. The project has an allocated total construction cost of $9,000,000.

The ground floor mezzanine area, which will feature a lobby, amenity spaces, trash, loading and parking, will hold 6,150 square feet. The basement level will add 17,892 square feet of additional space. A total of 34 parking spaces included.
