Renderings have been revealed for a large mixed-use development at 1000-10 North Delaware Avenue in Fishtown. The seven-story building will contain 4,670 square feet of commercial space at the ground floor, with 78 residential units on the upper floors. Designed by CANNOdesign and developed by the Archive Development Group, the building will span 69,160 square feet and include space for 26 bicycles.

A recent site visit by Philly YIMBY has revealed that construction has not yet started at the five-story, 50-unit residential building at 139 West Chelten Avenue in Germantown, Northwest Philadelphia, though permits were issued last October.
