Permits have been issued for the construction of a 33-unit mixed-use structure at 3503 Midvale Avenue in East Falls, Northwest Philadelphia. The building will rise five stories tall, with a commercial space to be situated on the ground floor. Designed by M Architects, the project will also include a green roof and 15 parking spaces. The development will hold 26,477 square feet of space and cost an estimated $5 million to build, according to permits.
