The development is located on the southeast side of the block between Pulaski Avenue and Morris Street, within a four-minute walk of the Queen Lane regional rail station. Designed by MC Architectural, the project spans 5,793 square feet and features a 1,058-square-foot ground-level retail space and full sprinkling. Permits list David Elmaliah as the contractor and a construction cost of $200,000.
