Permits have been issued for the construction of a new multi-family development at 2120 North 7th Street in North Philadelphia East. The new building will rise three stories tall, with three residential units, all expected to be apartments. A pilot house at the top of the structure will provide access to a roof deck. In total, the building will space 3,216 square feet of space. 24 Seven Design Group is the architectural firm behind the project.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a three-unit mixed-use building located at 631 North Preston Street in West Powelton, West Philadelphia. Upon completion, the building will stand three stories tall, with a commercial space on the ground floor and basement levels and a roof deck. 24Seven Design Group is the firm behind the project, which is expected to cost $320,000 to build according to the permit.

Permits Issued for Four-Unit Building at 2333 Germantown Avenue in North Philadelphia East

Permits have been issued for the construction of a four-story, four-unit apartment building at 2333 Germantown Avenue near Temple University in North Philadelphia. The structure will replace a vacant lot on the east side of the block between North 7th Street and North 8th Street. Designed by 24/7 Design Group, the wood-framed building will rise 38 feet to the top of the main roof, 41-and-a-half feet to the parapet, and 46 feet to the top of the pilot house. The property will feature a basement and full sprinkling. Permits list Turtle International Incorporated as the owner, Ken Group LLC as the contractor, and a construction cost of $230,000.
