A five-story, 49-unit residential building is proposed at 909-19 North 26th Street in Brewerytown, North Philadelphia. The structure will replace a single-story commercial structure and a three-story townhouse. The new structure will feature a traditionally styled exterior with a brick façade, arched windows at the fourth floor, and a cornice at the top. Loggia balconies will add a contemporary element to the composition.
