Designed by CosciaMoos Architecture, the new building will rise five stories, hosting 4,063 square feet of retail space at the ground floor. Above this and throughout the rest of the structure, there will be 58,130 square feet of residential and amenity space with 66 residential units.

Renderings have been revealed for a mixed-use development located at 2031 North 63rd Street in Overbrook, West Philadelphia. The building will rise four floors, and will contain a commercial space at the ground floor. Above this, there will be 81 residential units on upper floors, with a green roof atop the building. A total of 24 parking spaces (one van accessible) and 27 bike spaces will also be included with the project. KCA Design Associates is the architectural firm behind the project.

In recent days, Philly YIMBY checked in on the nine-story-tall, 108-unit mixed-use recently completed building at 545 North Broad Street in Poplar, Lower North Philadelphia. The development is located rises on the east side of the street, spanning a lot bordered by Brandywine Street to the south and Green Street to the north. Designed by CANNOdesign and developed by Elk Street Management, the development spans 152,635 square feet, a figure that includes 11,130 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. The building features a roof deck and parking for 31 cars and 50 bicycles. Permits list the Daniel J. Keating Company as the contractor and specify a construction cost of $20 million.

Designed by DesignBlendz, the structure will span 27,519 square feet and feature commercial space at the ground floor and a green roof at the top. Permits list GRIT Construction as the contractor and indicate a construction cost of $5.5 million.
