Designed by ALMA Architecture, the building will feature 45 residential units, of which 16 will be offered as affordable housing. The structure will yield 35,653 square feet of space and will include a green roof. A total of 16 parking spaces will be offered within the project.
Renderings have been revealed for 21st And Ludlow, a multi-family high-rise planned in Center City West. Designed by Eddy Mchenry Architecture and developed by the Parkway Corporation, the tower will rise 21 stories and 377 feet tall, with 304 residential units (31 of which will be designated as affordable housing), ground floor retail space, and 109 parking spaces located underneath the tower.

Designed by WRT Design and developed by Pennrose, the development will feature units designated as affordable housing for senior citizens and will include parking for 11 cars.
