The development is situated on the southwest corner of Christian and South 3rd streets. Designed by Ambit Architecture, the project spans 37,038 square feet and features an elevator, a fitness center, a roof deck, and parking for 11 cars and 14 bicycles. Permits list the ://phillyyimby.com/category/Elsam-Corporation”>Elsam Corporation as the contractor and specify a construction cost of $2.825 million.

The structure will rise on the west side of the block between East Columbia Avenue and West Palmer Street. Designed by Ambit Architecture, the building will span 4,728 square feet and will feature ground-floor commercial space and a cellar. The development is situated on the west side of the block between West Susquehanna Avenue and West Dauphin Street, half a block to the south of the York-Dauphin Station on the Market-Frankford Line. Designed by Ambit Architecture, the structure will span 15,122 square feet, of which around 2,000 square feet will be allocated for ground floor commercial space, a green roof, and parking for five bicycles. Permits list Baltimore Select Properties (doing business as Select Redevelopment) as the contractor and specify a construction cost of $1.8 million.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a multi-family structure located at 825-27 Bainbridge Street in Bella Vista, South Philadelphia. Designed by Ambit Architecture, the new building will rise four stories tall, featuring 15 residential units. A zoning permit calls for five bicycle spaces to also be included in the project.
