Plans have been revealed for a six-story, mixed-use development at 932 Hamilton Street in Allentown, a city on the northern outskirts of the greater Philadelphia metro area, about 30 miles north of the city. Designed by Bernardon, the development will consist of a total 108 residential units across a mixture of studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. All units will be rental apartments. Three commercial storefronts will be located in the ground floor facing Hamilton Street. The building will hold 114,000 square feet of floor space.
An 11-story, 80-unit mixed-use tower has earned unanimous municipal approval at 101 South 3rd Street in Easton, Pennsylvania, a small city bordering the Delaware River on the northern outskirts of the greater Philadelphia metropolitan region. Designed by SITIO Architects, the development will include ground floor retail and office space spread throughout the tower. The existing low-rise bank building at the site will be renovated and extended all the way to 3rd Street, creating a denser, urban design. The project will include a promenade and a pocket park.

A commercial space will take up the entire ground floor, and the basement will be allocated to amenities such as parking space for 13 cars and 24 bicycles. A roof deck will be located atop the sixth floor at the summit of the structure, and will provide panoramic views of the skyline. The contractor listed for the project is HC Pody Company. An estimated $6 million will be spent on construction.
