Designed by Gensler and developed by PMC Property Group, which is responsible for several developments in the area, the 303-foot-tall, 22-story building will rise on a vacant lot to the north of the iconic PECO Building. The triangular lot is an improbable location for a high-rise, especially one that will make a noticeable impact on the Philadelphia skyline, as it is located between the elevated John F. Kennedy Boulevard and the elevated rail line. The building will be primarily residential with some office space on the lower floors.
