Today we more plans and diagrams for the development, as provided in a Civic Design Review package. Designed by Moto Designshop, the building will span 78,065 square feet and offer elevator service, bicycle storage, a landscaped courtyard, a roof deck, and a green roof.

YIMBY Shares Extensive Project Details for 61-Unit Building Proposed at 3618-32 Haverford Avenue in Mantua, West Philadelphia

Earlier this month, Philly YIMBY shared several renderings for a four-story, 61-unit mixed-use development planned at 3618-32 Haverford Avenue in Mantua, West Philadelphia. Designed by Harman Deutsch Ohler Architecture (HDO Architecture) and developed by The HOW Group, the building will rise 45 feet tall, span 60,280 square feet, and offer ground-floor commercial space, two elevators, tenant storage, parking for 22 bicycles, outdoor landscaped space for residents, a roof deck, and a green roof. Today we share an extensive collection of renderings, plans, and diagrams for the proposed building as seen in its Civic Design Review submission.

Construction Anticipated at 4701-15 Kingsessing Avenue in Cedar Park, Southwest Philadelphia

Philly YIMBY’s latest site visit has revealed that construction has not yet begun at a four-story, 76-unit multi-family building at 4701-15 Kingsessing Avenue in Cedar Park (alternately Squirrel Hill), Southwest Philadelphia. Designed by JKRP Architects, the development will span 67,070 square feet and hold 55 parking spaces, two of which will be ADA and van accessible, as well as one designated for car sharing. The project will also include ten bicycle spaces. Permits list Kingsessing Realty LLC as the owner, Equinox Management & Construction LLC as the contractor, and a construction cost of $8.5 million.

Also known under its full address of 1324-38 Frankford Avenue, the development is situated on the west side of the block between West Thompson Street and Master Street. Developed by OCF Realty, the four-story building features 50 one-bedroom units and a roof deck that offers views of the Center City skyline.

A Detailed Look at the 453-Unit Building Proposed at 2621-67 Frankford Avenue in East Kensington

Last month, YIMBY visited the site of the six-story, 453-unit apartment building proposed at 2621-67 Frankford Avenue in East Kensington, where construction permits have been issued last year and construction preparation appears imminent. Today we take a detailed look at the massive building that is one of the largest on the drawing boards in Philadelphia. Designed by Harman Deutsch Ohler Architecture (HDO Architecture), with Turn Key Realty LLC as the contractor, the massive structure will hold 412,703 square feet of space and cost at $72 million to construct. The development will offer ample outdoor space for residents and will be a major boost to a rapidly-growing, high-density residential district.
