Renderings Revealed For 1015 South 3rd Street In Queen Village, South Philadelphia

Renderings have been revealed for a 67-unit multi-family development at 1015 South 3rd Street in Queen VillageSouth Philadelphia. Designed by HDO Architecture, the building will rise four stories tall. The unit count was achieved via zoning bonuses coming from the project’s inclusion of low-income housing and a green roof. The project will include 23 bicycle stalls as well as an additional four more at the sidewalk.

Work Underway at 4442 Ridge Avenue in East Falls, Northwest Philadelphia

Work is underway on 4442 Ridge Avenue, a 136-unit mixed-use development located in East FallsNorthwest Philadelphia. YIMBY first shared the development with readers in January, when permits were issued for the building’s construction. Designed by HDO Architecture, the 174,544-square-foot structure will rise six stories tall, with a commercial space on the ground floor fronting Ridge Avenue. Parking will also be situated on the ground floor with additional spaces to be situated underground.

Construction Progresses at Liberty Square in Olde Kensington

Construction has made significant progress at Liberty Square in Olde Kensington. Designed by HDO Architecture, the project will hold 201 residential units within three buildings. Two of the three buildings have reached completion, while the third along American Street is still progressing. 156 underground parking spaces will be included in the development, as well as a decorated plaza/courtyard in the center of the development. 10,000 square feet of retail space is also included in the project.

Renderings have been revealed for a large multi-family development at 2200-58 Somerset Street in Port Richmond, Kensington. Designed by HDO Architecture, the project will rise up to six stories and will include 535 residential units. Building one will hold 187 units, building two will hold 170, building three – 145, as well as 11 triplexes. 179 parking spaces are planned at the lot, with nine set to be accessible, 10 reserved for electric vehicles, and 17 reserved carshare spaces. Additionally, 293 bike stalls are planned, plus 35 set to sit on the sidewalk.
