Permits have been issued for a renovation and expansion of a three-story prewar rowhouse at 358 East Walnut Lane in Germantown, Northwest Philadelphia. The structure is situated on the southeast side of the block between Morton Street and Magnolia Street. Designed by PACE Architecture+Design, the project consists of a three-story, 1,410-square-foot addition to the existing 1,700-square-foot structure, which will comprise a total of three residential units and 3,110 square feet of interior space. The existing basement will be expanded, as well. Permits list Wyche Raydrian as the contractor and indicate a construction cost of $400,000.

Designed by KJO Architecture and developed by Olymphia Holdings, the building will yield 130,760 square feet. At ground level, 26,143 square feet of parking space will provide 93 parking spots.

The project is situated on the southwest side of the block between Parker Avenue and Paoli Avenue. Designed by Studio C Architecture, the development will span a total of 2,920 square feet. Permits list Andy Mulson as the contractor and indicate a construction cost of $600,000.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a multi-family building at 4701-15 Wayne Avenue in Germantown, Northwest Philadelphia. Designed by Moto Designshop, the structure will rise four stories tall and contain 90 residential units. Multiple pilot houses will provide access to a large roof deck atop the building, while the rest of the roof space will feature a green roof, which provided the project a density boost. A mixed income bonus also allowed for additional residential space. GRIT Construction is the project contractor.

Renderings have been revealed for a large mixed-use development located at 3900 Main Street in Manayunk, Northwest Philadelphia. Designed by SgRA Architecture, the project will consist of three new mixed-use buildings spanning 178,619 square feet and holding a total of 120 residential units. At the ground floor, there will be three retail spaces, a residential lobby, mail and trash rooms, and 40 bike spaces. A mezzanine area is listed as featuring three retail office spaces. A 28,803-square-foot basement level will hold 52 underground parking spaces.
