Renderings have been revealed for a large new multi-family development located at 901 North Penn Street in Northern LibertiesNorth Philadelphia. Designed by HDO Architecture, the new building will rise seven stories and contain 193 residential units. The ground level will feature 75 parking spaces, with two being ADA spaces and four designated for electric vehicles, along with 65 bike spaces. In total, the bruising will span 189,229 square feet of space.

Permits Issued for 934-36 West Dauphin Street in North Philadelphia East

Permits have been issued for the construction of a multi-family development at 934-36 West Dauphin Street, parcel B in North Philadelphia East. The new building will rise three stories tall and contain three residential units. A pilot house at the top of the structure will provide access to a roof deck. In total, the building will span 3,935 square feet of space. Anthony Maso & Design is responsible for the project’s design. The project is one of two new triplexes planned to be constructed side by side at the site.

A recent site visit by Philly YIMBY has observed that construction has still not started at a three-story single-family rowhouse proposed at 1816 Seybert Street in Cecil B. Moore, North Philadelphia. The development will replace a vacant lot on the south side of the block between North 18th and North 19th streets, situated a block east of the Girard College campus Designed by Carolina Pena of Parallel Architecture Studio, the structure will span 1,987 square feet and will feature a cellar, a roof deck, and full sprinkling.
