Recently, Philadelphia YIMBY shared several renderings of a six-story, 155-unit residential building proposed at 2507 Almond Street in Olde Richmond, Kensington, as revealed in a Civic Design Review submission. Today we share an extensive collection of plans, renderings, and diagrams for the development. Designed by Harman Deutsch Ohler Architecture, the building will span 154,677 square feet and will offer elevator service, balconies in select units, parking for 65 cars (including three ADA and three electric vehicle spaces) and 60 bicycles (plus five sidewalk stalls), a roof deck, and a green roof.

Earlier this month, Philly YIMBY shared several renderings for a four-story, 61-unit mixed-use development planned at 3618-32 Haverford Avenue in MantuaWest Philadelphia. Designed by Harman Deutsch Ohler Architecture (HDO Architecture) and developed by The HOW Group, the building will rise 45 feet tall, span 60,280 square feet, and offer ground-floor commercial space, two elevators, tenant storage, parking for 22 bicycles, outdoor landscaped space for residents, a roof deck, and a green roof. Renderings Revealed for 3618-32 Haverford Avenue in Mantua, West Philadelphia

Renderings have been revealed for a four-story, 61-unit mixed-use development at 3618-32 Haverford Avenue in MantuaWest Philadelphia. Designed by HDO Architecture, the building, which fronts on Haverford Avenue and Brandywine Street, will hold commercial space on the ground floor. Eight street trees planted along the footprint, enhancing the street presence. 22 bicycle stalls will be included within the the building’s interior, with another eight on the sidewalk. Due to the site’s zoning and location, no parking is required nor is included within the development.

Renderings Revealed for 2507 Almond Street in Olde Richmond, North Philadelphia

Renderings have been revealed for a 155-unit multi-family development at 2507 Almond Street in Olde Richmond, Kensington. Designed by HDO Architecture, the building, which is going before the Civic Design Review, will rise six stories tall and will hold 65 parking spaces, three of which being ADA-compliant and four designed for electric vehicles. There will also be 60 interior bicycle stalls, as well as five more on the sidewalk.
