A recent site visit by Philadelphia YIMBY has noted that construction is making significant progress at a four-story, 28-unit structure at 2401 Washington Avenue in Graduate Hospital, South Philadelphia. The edifice is tentatively known as Building A and is a part of the larger Innovator Village complex. The new structure spans 25,264 square feet and includes a parking garage. Permits list Center City Construction and Development as the contractor and indicate a construction cost of $3.2 million.

A four-story, six-unit mixed-use development has been proposed at 1437 Point Breeze Avenue in Point Breeze, South Philadelphia. The new structure will replace a dilapidated two-story commercial building on the east side of the block between Dickinson and Reed streets. The new development will span 11,200 square feet and will feature ground-floor commercial space. Permits list Lepore Properties as the contractor and specify a construction cost of $400,000.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a three-story single-family rowhouse at 2234 Manton Street in Point Breeze, South Philadelphia. The new structure will rise from a vacant lot sited on the south side of the block between South 22nd and South 23rd streets. Designed by Designblendz, the development entails the construction of 22 homes, each three stories high. The homes will be arranged in two rows, with a drive aisle and parking space situated in the middle.

A recent site visit by Philly YIMBY has revealed that construction work has been completed at a four-story, six-unit mixed-use building at 2731 Federal Street in Grays Ferry, South Philadelphia. The structure spans a wedge-shaped lot at the eastern corner of Federal Street and Grays Ferry Avenue. Designed by Gnome Architects, the development spans 9,067 square feet, of which 2,979 square feet of space is designated as commercial, and features a basement and a roof deck. Permits specify the CAL Development Group LP as the contractor and indicate a construction cost of $1.1 million.

Construction work is making steady headway on Innovator Village, a large mixed-use development rising at 2401 Washington Avenue in Graduate Hospital, South Philadelphia. The multi-building complex will hold 82 total residential units, coming in a mixture of difference housing types, with townhomes, duplexes/quadplexes, and two different multi-family buildings (one with retail).
