Renderings have been revealed for a new mixed-use development located at 1900 South Broad Street in Newbold, South Philadelphia. The six-floor building will contain 2,500 square feet of commercial space at the ground floor, with 41 residential units spanning 44,145 square feet of space on upper floors. Included with the project will be 12 parking space over 5,200 square feet of space. LRK is the firm behind the project’s design.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a new multi-family building located at 1916 Bainbridge Street in Graduate Hospital, South Philadelphia. The new building will rise four floors and will contain three residential units. At the top of the new building, an access structure will provide a route to a roof deck that will act as an amenity space for the building.
