A roof deck will be located at the top of the building along with an access structure. In total, the structure is expected to yield 6,300 square feet of space. Kore Design Architecture paired with Omega Home Builders for the project, which will span 53,093 square feet of space and cost an estimated $5 million to build.

The development will replace a vacant lot on the west side of the block between Lansdowne Avenue and Hunter Street. Designed by Haverford Square Designs, the building will span 10,000 square feet and will feature a basement and full sprinkling. Designed by KCA Design Associates, the new building will stand six stories tall, with multiple commercial spaces on the ground floor. The remainder of the building will hold 90 residential units, all apartments. There will also be 16 parking spaces included within the structure. In total, there will be 82,764 square feet of space, and construction costs are estimated at $12 million.
