The project is the second phase of a larger development, which also includes the renovation of a neighboring prewar structure into a 22-unit residential complex.

A green roof will be situated at the top of the building, and 42 parking spaces will be located underneath the rear side of the structure. Tester Construction is the contractor for the project.

Designed by Coscia Moos Architecture and developed by Khosla Properties, the building rises five stories tall with a commercial space situated on the ground floor. The residential units consist of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Tester Construction is the contractor.
Construction is now underway at The Beverly, a six-story, 50-unit mixed-use development at 1102 Germantown Avenue in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia. Developed by Stamm Development Group, the building will feature commercial space on the ground floor and residential units above. The project will include a green roof, storage for tenants, and spaces for nine cars and 17 bicycles. In total, the development will hold 54,076 square feet of space and will cost an estimated $10 million to build. The project is being built by Tester Construction.

Upon completion, the building will rise five stories tall with a 3,500 square foot retail space in the ground floor. Amenities will include bike and tenant storage as well as a roof deck that will likely offer sweeping skyline views. Argo Property Group is developing the property. The design was by Ambit Architecture and it will be built by Tester Construction. In total, the building will have 20,938 square feet of space.
