Renderings have been revealed for Chelten Terminal, a 45-unit mixed-use development set to rise at 234 West Chelten Avenue in Germantown, Northwest Philadelphia. Designed by Ambit Architecture and developed by the Argo Property Group, the building will rise four stories tall, with a commercial space located on the ground floor and residential units above. The project will also include 36 parking spaces.

The zoning board has approved Laurel Ridge, a multi-family development located at 3883 Ridge Avenue in Allegheny West, North Philadelphia. Designed by CANNOdesign and developed by Argo Property Group, the project will consist of 22 townhouses, each featuring a garage and a roof decks.
Construction is underway at The Bordeaux, a 16-unit mixed-use development at 2600 West Gerard Avenue in Brewerytown, North Philadelphia. Upon completion, the building will rise five stories tall with a 3,500 square foot retail space in the ground floor. Amenities will include bike and tenant storage as well as a roof deck that will likely offer sweeping skyline views. Argo Property Group is developing the property. The design was by Ambit Architecture and it will be built by Tester Construction. In total, the building will have 20,938 square feet of space.
Completion approaches at the Milk Depot, a three-story, 17-unit residential development at 1327-33 North Marston Street in Brewerytown, North Philadelphia. The building is developed by Argo Property Group, which is behind many projects in the neighborhood. The development, built as-of-right, will feature a lounge and private office space. Tester Construction is the contractor.
The Fairview, a five-story, mixed-use development, has been completed at 2616 West Girard Avenue in Brewerytown, North Philadelphia. The building brings a 2,010-square-foot ground floor retail space and 14 residential units into the neighborhood, as well as a 1,250-square-foot basement. The building is designed by CANNOdesign and developed by Argo Property Group, which has recently proposed another mixed-use building at the opposite end of the block at 2600 Girard Avenue, which Philly YIMBY reported on yesterday. Tester Construction is the project contractor.
