The new building will replace a vacant lot sited on the east side of the block between Fitzwater Street and Catharine Street. Designed by KCA Design Associates, the structure will span 2,980 square feet and will feature a basement and a roof deck. Renderings have been revealed for a mixed-use development located at 2031 North 63rd Street in Overbrook, West Philadelphia. The building will rise four floors, and will contain a commercial space at the ground floor. Above this, there will be 81 residential units on upper floors, with a green roof atop the building. A total of 24 parking spaces (one van accessible) and 27 bike spaces will also be included with the project. KCA Design Associates is the architectural firm behind the project.
