The construction elevator that was attached to the west facade has been completely removed off Arthaus, a skyscraper under construction at 311 South Broad Street in Washington Square West, Center City. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by Philadelphia-based Dranoff Properties, the tower stands 542 feet and 47 stories above ground. Once completed, the building will offer 108 condominium units along with underground parking and retail on the ground floor.

The concrete structure is nearly topped out at One Cathedral Square, a 244-foot-tall, 23-story residential rising at 1701 Race Street in Logan Square, Center City, a block south of from the Vine Street Expressway. Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz and developed by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Exeter Property Group, with the Hunter Roberts Construction Group as the contractor, the building is part of Cathedral Square, a block-spanning development that will also include the 470-foot-tall Two Cathedral Square tower.

Steel Assembly Continues Atop The Laurel Rittenhouse in Rittenhouse Square, Center City

The cross-braced steel parapet is being erected at the top of The Laurel Rittenhouse, a high-rise building under construction at 1911 Walnut Street in Rittenhouse Square, Center City. The tower is designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz and developed by the Southern Land Company, with Hunter Roberts Construction Group as the contractor and the Harman Group responsible for structural engineering. Located at just across the street from Rittenhouse Square Park, the tower now reaches the top of the parapet, rising 599 feet high and 48 stories tall. The development will feature 185 rental units and 60 luxury condominiums.

Facade work is nearly finished at Riverwalk South, a skyscraper that is under construction at 60 North 23rd Street in Center City West. The main portion of the structure is currently topped out at 32 stories, and the building will soon reach its full height of 362 feet. Designed by Gensler and developed by the PMC Property Group, the building, which stands next to the Schuylkill River, is part of the two-towered Riverwalk complex. The development is part of a new hub of high-rise buildings that will soon form a cluster along Market Street and near the river, with most projects featuring residential programming. The two new towers symbolize the new high-rise growth that is destined to dominate the area in the near future.

The building, also known as the Thomas Jefferson Specialty Care Pavilion, is the latest addition to the expanding Jefferson Health campus in this section of the city. Designed by Ennead Architects and Stantec and developed by National Real Estate Development, the building currently stands at roughly the halfway point of its full height of 372 feet and 23 stories. The building is a part of East Market Phase 3, the latest expansion of the East Market complex.
