Developed by the Stamm Development Group, the project will include a commercial space on the ground floor and a roof deck at the top, which will offer sweeping views of the skyline. Grit Construction is the contactor. The building will feature a modern façade with white brick is on the lower floors and gray cladding on the upper levels. Black cladding accents the corners, adding texture to the design. Renderings show trees along the sidewalk, which will cast shade and enhance the street ambiance.
