The high-rise structure contains 625,000 square feet and will include a 58,700-square-foot Aldi supermarket, a 12,000-square-foot preschool, 487 apartments, and 287 parking spaces. RAL Development is the developer and Cope Linder Architects is the project designer. At the moment, construction is nearly finished at both the exterior and the landscaping.
