Renderings have been revealed for The Bordeaux, a five-story mixed-use building planned for 2600 West Girard Avenue in Brewerytown, North Philadelphia. Designed by Ambit Architecture and developed by the Argo Property Group, the structure will yield 16 units and 20,938 square feet, including a 3,500-square-foot ground-floor retail space. Amenities include bike and tenant storage and a shard roof deck with skyline views.

The building will rise from a 10,620-square-foot footprint and yield 60,404 square feet of space. A roof deck will be located atop the sixth floor at the summit of the structure, and will provide panoramic views of the skyline. The contractor listed for the project is HC Pody Company. An estimated $6 million will be spent on construction.
