Developed by MM Partners, the building will hold 14 residential units. Tester Construction is the contractor. The project is the second phase of a larger development, which also includes the renovation of a neighboring prewar structure into a 22-unit residential complex.
Permits have been issued for an 80-unit residential development at 801 West Girard Avenue in Ludlow, North Philadelphia. Designed by PZS Architects, the building will rise six stories tall. The structure will hold 57,000 square feet of residential space. The building will include a roof deck, as well as parking for 19 cars and 27 bicycles.
Construction work continues to progress on the massive Piazza Terminal development at 1075 Germantown Avenue in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia. Designed by Northern Liberties, BKV Group, the 1,144-unit project is the largest development currently underway in the neighborhood and will contribute a significant amount of public space. The project was developed by the Post Brothers, which has a number of projects around the city, such as The Poplar, located within a 15-minute walk from Piazza Terminal.

Upon completion, the building will rise five stories tall. A roof deck will be located at the top of the structure. The building will hold 9,156 square feet of space and cost an estimated $900,000 to build.

A green roof would be included at the top. In total, the building will span 34,077 square feet of space. According to permits, the project will cost an estimated $4.8 million to build.
