Renderings have been revealed for a large 115-unit multi-family development at 801 North 19th Street at the so-called Francisville Triangle site in FrancisvilleNorth Philadelphia. Designed by NORR, the building will rise five stories tall and will feature will total 104,596 square feet of interior space, with units ranging from 498 to 1,004 square feet. The basement will hold 52 parking spaces for the residents. An amenity area will be situated at the fifth floor.

Facade work has been completed at the 11-story development at 2100 Hamilton Street in Franklintown (also known as Baldwin Park). Designed by Cecil Baker + Partners and developed by the Bock Development Group, the building stands 115 feet tall and will have 27 condominium units. Situated within a short walk from the Philadelphia Museum of Art and just to the north of the Center City skyscrapers, the project brings a modern look to an area that does not see much new development.

Construction Progresses at North Liberty Triangle at 1115-27 North American Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia

Construction is making significant progress at North Liberty Triangle, an 84-unit development located at 1115-27 North American Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia. Façade work is underway at the four-story south building. The building has risen higher, as the structure will soon rise six stories above ground. The wooden structure of the second building, which will stand six stories tall, is currently rising. The residential and retail development will add significant density to the rapidly growing neighborhood. Developed by Streamline Development, the project sits just to the north of the massive Piazza Terminal complex.

Developer Acquires Site for 382-Unit Building Proposed at 501 Spring Garden Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia

Developer RREI LLC, run by the father-son team of Neal and Victor Rodin, has announced the completion of the $16 million purchase of the 105,899-square-foot lot at 501 Spring Garden Street (aka 501-39 Spring Garden Street) in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia, where they plan to construct a large mixed-use project. Designed by BLT Architects, the 13-story building will feature 382 residences and 60,810 square feet of retail, as well as 211 parking spaces. The acquisition was complicated by the site’s ownership being split between 11 different entities, and took five years to complete as the result. Having finally completed the transaction, the team is ready for the next steps in adding this important project to the up-and-coming neighborhood.
