An updated design has been revealed for a six-story, 70-unit development proposed at 1324 West Allegheny Avenue in the Temple University Hospital area in North Philadelphia. Designed by Coscia Moos Architecture, the building will offer a total of 66,631 square feet of space and will feature a 4,438-square-foot commercial space on the ground floor, 17 parking spaces, an a 1,478-square-foot roof deck will be located offering sweeping views of the Philadelphia skyline.

Construction is progressing rapidly at BrüBox, a five-story, 33-unit mixed-use development at 3120 Jefferson Street in Brewerytown, North Philadelphia. Designed by Coscia Moos Architecture and developed by Khosla Properties, the project will feature a commercial space on the ground floor and studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. An 81-unit multi-family development has been revealed at 4701-15 Kingsessing Avenue in Squirrel Hill , West Philadelphia. The site sits at the northwestern cornet of the intersection of 48th Street and Chester Avenue. Designed by JKRP Architects, the development will rise four stories and contain 55,720 square feet of floor space. 45 new parking spots will also be included in the development, with two set to be ADA accessible, three reserved for electric vehicles and one for a car share. Additionally, the 40 spots currently existing at the property will remain, so a total of 85 parking spaces will be located at the site upon completion.
