Two large commercial spaces will be located on the ground floor, one at 21st Street and the other at 22nd Street. Amenities will include a roof deck and an underground parking garage for residents. In total, the building will hold 195,131 square feet of space. Construction costs estimated at $40 million.

The building rises four stories tall and holds seven condo units. Developed by Zatos Investments, the building stands next to Southbridge Condos Phase One, which is bringing six residential units to the market, making for a combined 13 units between the two phases.

Designed by Bernardon, the building will rise seven stories tall, with a total of 403,685 square feet of space, including 6,192 square feet of retail space on the ground floor along 3rd Street. The apartments will feature 59 studios, 115 one-bedrooms, and 95 two-bedroom units. Five live/work units will also be included in the project, as well as 302 parking spaces.

Renderings have been revealed for a 128-unit mixed-use building at 4240 Chestnut Street in Spruce Hill, West Philadelphia. Designed by DAS Architects, the building will rise seven stories tall. In total, the structure will hold 148,007 square feet of space. Office space, which will occupy 35,896 square feet, will be home to Intercultural Family Services, a non-profit community organization. The remainder of the building will consist of apartments ranging from studios to one- and two-bedrooms, spanning from 420 to 930 square feet. The building will include a green roof and a roof deck, as well as an underground garage that will hold 40 parking spaces. A fitness room and a study lounge will also be offered for building residents.
