Designed by OOMBRA Architects, the building will contain 42,100 square feet of interior space (of which 2,497 square feet will be commercial), a roof deck, and 20 parking spaces. Permits list Wells Fargo Bank as the owner (as suggested by the imagery on the renderings) and Reed St. Builders LLC as the contractor. Construction costs are specified at $9.25 million.

The structure will rise on the east side of the block between Ogden Street and Westminster Avenue. The building will span a footprint of around 6,000 square feet and hold 37,710 square feet of residential space, lending an average of just below 900 square feet per apartment. Permits specify Francesco Zampetti as the designer and Haveerford SQ GC LLC as the contractor. Construction costs are listed at $2 million.

Permits have been issued for the construction of The Royale, a 77-unit multi-family building proposed at 6910 Ridge Avenue in Roxborough, Northwest Philadelphia. The building will rise four stories tall, and will offer parking and a roof deck and green roof will be situated atop the building. Designed by M Architects and developed by Stamm Development Group, with Tester Construction as the contractor, the structure will contain 70,996 square feet of space. Construction costs are estimated at $14 million.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a 42-unit multi-family building at 1611-41 Ruan Street in Frankford, Kensington. The building will rise five stories tall, and will have 13 parking spaces included within the project. In total, the project will hold 41,179 square feet of space within the building. The development will provide senior housing. Permits list The City of Philadelphia Department of Public Property as the owner, David Polatnick of PZA Architects as the designer, and DOMUS Inc. as the contractor. Construction costs are estimated at $8,698,344.

Permits Issued for 611-Unit 1200 Normandy Place in the Navy Yard, South Philadelphia

Permits have been issued for for a 611-unit development at 1200 Normandy Place in the Navy Yard in South Philadelphia. Designed by DIGSAU and will be developed by Ensemble Investments and Mosaic Development Partners, the complex will consist of two mixed-use buildings with commercial space on the ground floor. Both buildings have received permits. Between the two buildings, there will be parking for 160 cars and 230 bikes. Building A will be situated in the northern portion of the site and will rise seven stories tall and feature 265 residential units, as well as amenity space and parking. The structure will span 407,272 square feet and cost $140 million to build. Building B will rise six stories tall and will hold 346 residential units, and will also include amenity space and parking. In total, the structure will hold 229,423 square feet of space, and will cost $120 million to build.

When completed, the new building will stand seven stories tall and will house 100 residential units, each an apartment. A roof deck will be located at the top of the build and will be accessed through a pilot house. In total, there will be 68,210 square feet of space within structure, which will cost an estimated $4 million to build.
