The CHOP Hub For Clinical Collaboration is a 377-foot-tall, 19-story building located at 3501 Civic Center Boulevard, designed by Perkins+Will, which will add 560 beds to the hospital. While the tower’s height will significantly alter the part of the skyline located in an area limited to under 400 feet, the more than 550,000 square feet of floor space will make a big impact on the area and the city.
