The building will stand three stories tall and will hold five apartments. KCA Design Associates is the designer, though no renderings are available at this time. The 7,240-square-foot structure will cost an estimated $1 million to build. 1829 Diamond LLC is the listed owner.

The building will offer a ground floor retail space and six residential units. CANNOdesign is the architect and Grit Construction is the contractor. Mountain Rock LLC is the listed owner.

Completion approaches at The Retro, a five-story, 21-unit development at 1836-44 East York Street in East Kensington. Developed by the Stamm Development Group, the project will include a commercial space on the ground floor and a roof deck at the top, which will offer sweeping views of the skyline. Grit Construction is the contactor. The building will feature a modern façade with white brick is on the lower floors and gray cladding on the upper levels. Black cladding accents the corners, adding texture to the design. Renderings show trees along the sidewalk, which will cast shade and enhance the street ambiance.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a large residential project at 1306-14 Callowhill Street in Callowhill, North Philadelphia. The development will stand seven floors tall and hold 181 residential units upon completion. All of the units will be apartments available for rent. A retail space measuring 3,208 square feet will be located on the ground floor of the structure. Additionally, 51 parking spaces will be included in the development. The 184,679-square-foot structure was designed by Bernardon and will cost an expected $18 million to build.

A rendering has been revealed for 1451 North Broad Street, a 230-foot-tall residential building proposed in Yorktown, North Philadelphia, in the Temple University area. Designed by Philadelphia-based Cecil Baker + Partners and developed by 1451 North Broad LLC, the 19-story building will yield 225 units as well as 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, 21 parking spaces, and amenities on the second floor including lounges and an outdoor deck.
