Developed by Stamm Development Group, the building will feature commercial space on the ground floor and residential units above. The project will include a green roof, storage for tenants, and spaces for nine cars and 17 bicycles. In total, the development will hold 54,076 square feet of space and will cost an estimated $10 million to build. The project is being built by Tester Construction.

Construction work has nearly wrapped up at The Poplar at 900 North 9th Street in Poplar, North Philadelphia, converting the prewar structure into residential space. Formerly known as the Quaker Building, the structure stands 11 stories tall next to the elevated SEPTA regional rail rail line, and was completed in 1918 as a factory loft. The 285-unit conversion project has been designed by Cosica Moos Architecture and developed by the Post Brothers, which is also responsible for the massive Piazza Terminal project in Northern Liberties.

Construction is making rapid progress on The Maven, a 28-unit mixed-use development at 1533 Ridge Avenue in FrancisvilleNorth Philadelphia. When completed, the building will rise five stories tall and include a commercial space in the ground floor. The units will consist of studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. Canno Design is behind the architectural work for the project, with Khosla Properties developing it, and Tester Construction taking up the contracting work. The building will hold 23,665 square feet of space and will cost an estimated $3.9 million to build.
