Designed by Coscia Moos Architecture and developed by Khosla Properties, the building rises five stories tall with a commercial space situated on the ground floor. The residential units consist of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Tester Construction is the contractor.
Construction is making progress at 2001-13 Abigail Street, a townhouse complex in Fishtown, Kensington. Designed by Gnome Architects and developed by Catalyst City Development, the project will include nine townhomes with varying sizes. The five homes on the northeast corner of the block will feature parking while the remaining four will not.

Upon completion, the building will rise three stories tall with a roof deck situated at the pinnacle of the structure. One parking space will be included with the development in an accessory parking garage. Construction costs are estimated at $375,000.

The larger of the buildings will be situated at 901-965 North 9th Street. The building will rise five floors tall and include a commercial space. 152 residential units will be situated within the building with each set to be an apartment according to the permit. The structure will be separated into multiple wings and connected by a pedestrian walkway. In total, the building will hold 118,541 square feet of space. Construction costs are estimated at $11,854,100. The other structure will be situated at 900-18 North 8th Street, and will also rise five stories tall. A commercial space will be included in the building, as well as 60 residential units, with each planned to be an apartment according to the permit’s listing. A roof deck is planned on the building at the second floor. Twelve surface parking spaces will be included with the building, with two set to be accessible. Additionally, the building will also have 20 bike spaces. In total, the structure will hold 48,275 square feet of space, with construction costs estimated at $4,827,500.
Developer RREI LLC, run by the father-son team of Neal and Victor Rodin, has announced the completion of the $16 million purchase of the 105,899-square-foot lot at 501 Spring Garden Street (aka 501-39 Spring Garden Street) in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia, where they plan to construct a large mixed-use project. Designed by BLT Architects, the 13-story building will feature 382 residences and 60,810 square feet of retail, as well as 211 parking spaces. The acquisition was complicated by the site’s ownership being split between 11 different entities, and took five years to complete as the result. Having finally completed the transaction, the team is ready for the next steps in adding this important project to the up-and-coming neighborhood.
