The structure will span a 1,026-square-foot ground footprint and will contain 3,787 square feet of interior space, which gives an average of just over 1,200 square feet per apartment. Building features will include full sprinkling and a roof deck, which will offer unobstructed views in most directions. Permits list Jessie Claus as the owner, David McArthur as the design professional, and GTMO Development LLC as the contractor. Construction costs are stated at $250,000.

Designed by BLT Architects, the building will rise on the west side of the block between West Wildey Street and Girard Avenue, just to the south of the Girard Avenue Station on the Market-Frankford Line. The development will span 44,090 square feet and will feature ground-level commercial space. Permits list US Construction Inc. as the contractor and indicate a construction cost of $7.04 million.

The building at 161 Conarroe Street will feature an addition of an interior elevator and garage area. The rest of the building will be converted to 20 apartments. The building will span 33,520 square feet, with work costs listed at $2 million. At 176 Conarroe Street, a three-story building is being converted into 15 apartments. The building will spam 23,300 square feet and renovation costs are specified at $1.5 million.
