The project site is located on the south side of Vine Street between North Bodine Street and New Street. The new mixed-use will replace a shuttered structure that previously housed Painted Bride Arts Center. Atrium Design Group is listed as the design professional on the project.

Construction costs are estimated at $315,000, covering general, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and excavation work. CAMA Self Directed IRA LLC is listed as the project owner. Assimilation Design Lab LLC is responsible for the designs. Structural plans are provided by JDM Engineering. Legacy Construction Inc. is named as the contractor.
Philly YIMBY’s recent site visit has noted that construction work has still not started at the dormant seven-story, mixed-use development at 310 West Girard Avenue (with a full address of 310-30 West Girard Avenue) in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia, as we expected since no construction permits have yet been filed. The 30,102-square-foot lot, has sat vacant for around three years as of now. Designed by T + Associates Architects, the development will feature 189 residential units, 10,330 square feet of commercial space, an underground garage with 65 spaces, and parking for 68 bicycles.
