Excavation Starts at 3025 John F. Kennedy Boulevard in University City, West Philadelphia
Excavation has begun for the 361-foot-tall, 28-story tower at 3025 John F. Kennedy Boulevard in University City, West Philadelphia. Designed by the Practice for Architecture and Urbanism and developed by Brandywine Realty Trust, the skyscraper will rise to a height of 361 feet, and may top out by the end of this year. The larger floors will feature retail at the lower floors and laboratory space, with residential space located in the thinner upper portion of the tower, situated above the amenity floor. The building will be the first skyscraper to rise at the 14-acre Schuylkill Yards megadevelopment.
