Permits have been issued for a multi-family renovation of a four-story prewar building at 1325 Spruce Street in Washington Square West, Center City. Upon completion, the building will be refitted to house nine residential units. The renovations are expected to cost $207,350. D N Construction Company is listed as the project’s contractor.
A new design has been unveiled for The Royale, a 77-unit multi-family development proposed at 6910 Ridge Avenue in Roxborough, Northwest Philadelphia. Designed by M Architects and developed by the Stamm Development Group, the building will rise four stories tall and will feature 64,000 square feet of interior space.

The building will rise three stories tall and will hold 2,917 square feet of interior space. A pilot house at the top will allow for access to a roof deck. Christopher Menna is listed as the project’s design professional, with JPL Construction Inc. as the contractor. Construction costs are estimated at $180,000.
Construction work is making steady progress at 3045-51 Richmond Street in Port Richmond, Kensington. Developed by Fifth Realty, the multi-family building stands five stories tall and will offer 28 residences consisting of 12 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom units. The development also includes 22 parking spaces.
