A rendering has been revealed for 1451 North Broad Street, a 230-foot-tall residential building proposed in Yorktown, North Philadelphia, in the Temple University area. Designed by Philadelphia-based Cecil Baker + Partners and developed by 1451 North Broad LLC, the 19-story building will yield 225 units as well as 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, 21 parking spaces, and amenities on the second floor including lounges and an outdoor deck.

Permits have been issued for a residential conversion for the iconic Delaware Generating Station, located at 1325 Beach Street on the Delaware River waterfront in Fishtown. The project calls for alterations to the massive abandoned structure and creation of 216 rental residential units. The renovation area will span 235,204 square feet of space. The construction cost is listed at $29,671,303.

Construction is progressing quickly on Liberty Triangle at 1102-48 North 2nd Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia.
