Just under two days ago, Harman Deutsch Ohler Architecture revealed the renderings for a massive residential development proposed at 2621-67 Frankford Avenue in East Kensington. The firm showcased the design a series of renderings, which are part of a package submitted to the city for a Civic Design Review, via Instagram, without any additional details. At the moment, little is known about the development’s latest design iteration, except that the the building, developed by Grand Street Development, will rise six stories, include ground-level retail, and hundreds of residential units, making it one of the largest proposals in the area.
