The fence that surrounds the site of the Broad and Noble, a 344-unit project planned at 435-43 North Broad Street in Callowhill, North Philadelphia, has received new signage that refers to the Hunter Roberts Construction Group, the building contractor. Designed by Barton Partners and developed by Toll Brothers, the building will rise 231 feet and 19 stories and will feature a brick exterior that sets back from Broad Street. The while the inside will feature along with amenity space, retail, and underground parking.

Concrete work has reached ground level at LVL North, a nine-story, 410-unit development under construction at 510 North Broad Street in Spring Garden, North Philadelphia. Designed by JKRP Architects and developed by the Alterra Property Group, the project will include a retail component, with the GIANT supermarket planned to lease one-third of the total space inside the 378,000-square-foot building.

The building will rise three stories tall, the same as the surrounding structures. The permit lists James Clancy as the design professional in charge with Fitler Development handling the contracting work. In total, the structure will hold 4,648 square feet of space and cost an estimated $250,000 to build.

Construction is progressing rapidly on The HQ, a 30-unit multi-family building at 710 North 16th Street in Francisville, North Philadelphia. The development will rise four stories tall and will contain luxury apartments with a mixture of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The building will include a gym and roof deck. Stamm Development Group is behind the project, which is expected to yield around 35,000 square feet of space.

The structure will span a 1,222-square-foot footprint and will offer 3,494 square feet of floor space, which lends an average of 1,165 square feet per unit. The proposal calls for a cellar and a roof deck, which will likely offer sweeping views of the skyline due to a lack of taller buildings or other obstructions in the vicinity.
