Permits have been issued for the construction of a 182-unit mixed-use development at 1130-34 North Delaware Avenue in Fishtown. Designed by Varenhorst and developed by Streamline, the building will stand seven stories tall once completed, with a commercial space at the ground floor. In total, the building will span 199,250 square feet. Permits list construction costs at just over $32 million.

Renderings Revealed For 3801 Chestnut Street In University City, West Philadelphia

Renderings have been revealed for a large mixed-use development at 3801 Chestnut Street in University CityWest Philadelphia. Designed by Perkins and Will and developed as a joint venture by Sterling Bay of Chicago and Botanic Properties of New York, the massive structure will hold 310,000 square feet. The 13-story building will include retail space at the ground floor, while the upper floors will contain lab and office space targeting life sciences.

$3 Billion Development Plan Unveiled For Atlantic City’s Bader Field

A massive $3 billion redevelopment master plan has been revealed for the 140-acre Bader Field site in Atlantic City. The project, called CASA MAR anf drveloped in partnership by both Tower Investments and Post Brothers, would be one of the largest in the city’s history, built over five phases ovet an estimated span of 12 years. The project is expect to add around 10,000 residential units to the local market. An additional 400,000 square feet of office and retail space is also planned for the property, making it a true mixed-use neighborhood. A total of 20 acres of public amenity space such as green spaces and parks will also be included with the project.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a multi-family building located at 5728 Thomas Avenue in KingsessingSouthwest Philadelphia. Designed by 24 Seven Design, the new building will stand four stories tall, with six residential units. Three parking spaces will be included with the project, situated at the rear of the building. One of these spaces will be van accessible.
