Construction Progresses on Liberty Triangle in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia

Construction is progressing quickly on Liberty Triangle at 1102-48 North 2nd Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia. The project will include 84 residential units within two separate structures. The buildings will stand up to six floors tall on an irregularly-shaped site formed by the diagonal Germantown Avenue. Permits Issued for 63-Unit Structure at 2315 North Front Street in East Kensington

Permits have been issued for the construction of a mixed-use structure at 2315 North Front Street in East Kensington. Designed by HDO Architecture, the building will stand five stories tall and hold 63 residential units, all apartments. The ground floor will include two commercial spaces. The development will feature a roof deck at the summit, alongside a green roof. 22 bike spaces will be included in the development. The construction cost is estimated at $6 million.
