$3 Billion Development Plan Unveiled For Atlantic City’s Bader Field

A massive $3 billion redevelopment master plan has been revealed for the 140-acre Bader Field site in Atlantic City. The project, called CASA MAR anf drveloped in partnership by both Tower Investments and Post Brothers, would be one of the largest in the city’s history, built over five phases ovet an estimated span of 12 years. The project is expect to add around 10,000 residential units to the local market. An additional 400,000 square feet of office and retail space is also planned for the property, making it a true mixed-use neighborhood. A total of 20 acres of public amenity space such as green spaces and parks will also be included with the project.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a multi-family building located at 5728 Thomas Avenue in Kingsessing, Southwest Philadelphia. Designed by 24 Seven Design, the new building will stand four stories tall, with six residential units. Three parking spaces will be included with the project, situated at the rear of the building. One of these spaces will be van accessible.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a new multi-family structure at 7355 Dicks Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia. The new building will rise three stories tall, with six residential units inside, all apartments. A roof deck will be located at the top of the structure, with a cellar situated underneath. In total, the building span 5,153 square feet.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a 55-unit mixed-use building located at 828-40 North 2nd Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia. Upon completion, the new building will rise five stories tall, with a commercial space at the ground floor. Designed by Coscia Moos Architecture, the building will span a total of 59,375 square feet. Permits list the construction cost at just over $7.1 million.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a new multi-family building located at 2048 North Carlisle Street in the Temple University Area of North Philadelphia. Once completed, the new building will stand three stories tall, with three residential units. In total, the structure will span 2,400 square feet.

The new building will rise three stories tall, with a roof deck at the top. A small parking garage will have an entrance at the ground floor, and hold three parking spaces. In total, the structure will yield six residential units, all set to be apartments, and will span 6,274 square feet of space. Fusa Design is the firm behind the project.

Renderings Revealed for 21st And Ludlow in Center City West

Renderings have been revealed for 21st And Ludlow, a multi-family high-rise planned in Center City West. Designed by Eddy Mchenry Architecture and developed by the Parkway Corporation, the tower will rise 21 stories and 377 feet tall, with 304 residential units (31 of which will be designated as affordable housing), ground floor retail space, and 109 parking spaces located underneath the tower.

Renderings Revealed for 800-30 Vine Street in Chinatown, Center City

Renderings have been revealed for a five-story, 51-unit multi-family development located at 800-30 Vine Street in Chinatown, Center City. Designed by WRT Design and developed by Pennrose, the development will feature units designated as affordable housing for senior citizens and will include parking for 11 cars.

Renderings have been revealed for a 12-story, 136-unit mixed-use development at 4040-50 Walnut Street in University City, West Philadelphia. The building will rise \138 feet tall, with two commercial spaces on the ground floor along Walnut Street, totaling 5,000 square feet of space. The second floor will be devoted to office space, spanning 15,972 square feet. The upper floors will hold residential units. Parking for 23 cars and 48 bicycles will be included within the project.

The four-story building will receive interior modifications on its upper floors to create 13 residential units, while the ground floor will continue to serve host as a commercial space. In total, the building spans 25,500 square feet of space, with construction costs estimated at $2.5 million.
