Designed by Ingram/Sageser, the building will rise six stories tall and hold 100 apartments, with commercial space on the ground floor. A below-grade garage will offer 40 parking spaces.
Construction work is nearly complete at The Elm at 114 Forrest Avenue, a multi-family building in downtown Narberth, a town situated near the Philadelphia city line. Designed by Bernardon, the structure rises four stories tall and features 56 apartments. Amenities feature a package room, a fitness center, conference room, outdoor seating, and a catering/dining space geared for events. A total of 52 parking spaces are offered below grade, with a curb cut across the sidewalk.

The larger structure will stand three stories tall, with 16 residential units over commercial space. Meanwhile, the building at 114 Forrest Avenue stand three stories tall and hold eight residential units. A commercial space will be located on the ground floor.

Designed by JKRP Architects, the building will rise four stories tall and will house 69 residential units. The ground floor will hold a mail room, lobby, and bike storage space. In total the structure will contain 51,410 square feet of space. There will be no parking space incorporated with the project.
